So this week wasn’t a very large haul, but it was a beautifully colored assortment, and it actually works out since I am going to be in Connecticut for the weekend and won’t be able to cook much. It was a full split week, so Lynn and I cut everything in half except the eggplant, which i traded her for the three peppers, and then instead of wrapping my melon to bring home, I went ahead and ate it because I was starving and needed to get home, and Lynn made me some Carrot Orange Beet juice to have with it since that’s pretty much the only way anyone is getting beets in to me. I prefer to use them for dyeing yarn. I have rough plans for a stir-fry with most of this stuff tonight, but we will see what ends up actually happening.
