GORGEOUS CSA haul this past weekend. Got cherries for the very first time ever, they’re tiny and yummy. No recipes to share bc I am basically eating this all raw. The potatoes I am gonna turn in to salt and vinegar chips me thinks once this heat wave passes. I cant even think about turning on the stove, much less the oven when its like this.
Vegetables:
Collards
Red Lettuce
Broccoli, 1 head
Scallions, 1 bu
Beets, 1 bu
New Potatoes
Basil
Parsley .10 lb
Mesclun .25 lb
Fruit:
2 Pints Organic Blueberries
1 lbs NYS Cherries
Eggs:
1/2 Dozen Pastured Eggs
Flowers:
Sunflowers, zinnias, snapdragon, bachelor buttons, and more!
PS These flowers are totally bright blue, evidently iPhone wants them to be purple.

ugly food tastes better. 
Love it! My CSA didn’t get enough people, so now it’s a Market Share. I get to pick my own stuff out of the harvest, but no surprises. Oh well! Still amazingly tasty 😉
Beautiful to look at & will taste delicious raw. It is hard to improve on perfection anyway. Enjoy each bite!
