So part of the reason I went ahead and motivated myself to do this whole food blog business is because I joined a CSA this year for the first time, and have been having fun figuring out how to use everything I get. I share it with my neighbors/best friends Lynn and Diego, so we split it differently each week. For week one, this is what we took home. I’ll spare you my salads, but I’ll try and share everything else i make so anyone else with a CSA can benefit from this as well as hopefully share with me!! Lynn made us a pasta with the broccoli rabe that was out of this world, and i made us the previously posted SuperQuiche using the asparagus and farm eggs for brunch a few days later.
